The project site happens to be in Sector 82 within Gurgaon. project can be reached easily via alternate routes through National Highway-8 (NH-8), Patuadi Road and Dwarka Expressway. Proposed metro line is also at a short distance from here. I feel the project is good for investment purpose as well for end use.

The Seven Lamps will have seven towers and the project is surrounded by low rise developments. These towers will become landmarks in the area and be visible from NH8. The project draws inspiration from ‘The Seven Lamps of Architecture’, an essay by John Ruskin.

Vatika Seven Lamps is under construction and the project is expected to get completed by end of this year. Vatika The Seven Lamps include 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK flats and penthouses, all expanding on a land area of 1298 square feet to 4567 square feet respectively.
