OC not received so far.

Q: There is further delay in OC of the building. One of the replies indicated that OC will be available by April.Could you please explain the exact reasons of the delay?

Well possession is delayed by almost a year now. Also no sign of the OC which I believe was promised latest by April 2012.

OC was expected by 20th June. Any update?

May be due to some reason the builder is not getting approval for occupancy certificate so I think it is better if you directly communicate with the builder.
