Has anyone bought a flat in Atharva Ganga, sus road, pune in wing A1?

Q: Has anyone bought a flat (just like me :( )in Atharva Ganga, sus road, pune in wing A1?
The work of which has not even started(due to legal disputes or incorrect approvals)despite the date of completion mentioned in agreement is Dec 2012.
When does the work will actually start ? what is the exact problem ? Is any idea about this ?
I want all such people to come together to probe more into this.
