There is two litigation going on with this project. First in the Bombay High Court (2014) and second in National Green Tribunal, Pune (2016).

Please do not buy any property from this Builder. Builder did not construct/complete what it had promised. There is no STP constructed by Builder as mentioned in the agreement. Also, Builder did some illegal construction because of with Association/residents are unable to get Occupancy Certificate. This is a major problem for residents living in the Apartment. The consequence of which is you will never get the Khata transfer on your name when you purchase a property from this Builder.

Q:this builder is not forming co. op. society of residents instead he is registering apartment deeds with only 30% ownership rights by taking 100% of money from flat buyers.
Latest Answer: yes according to law he can opt for the apartments or society, but previously while booking the flat he has told that he will form a society and now he is registering apartment deeds of few flat owners.
in that deed the percent of ownership is 30% and not 100% isn't this a cheating as he has taken whole flat value from us and now why he is just giving us only 30% ownership rights through a apartment deeds ?
Q:When i book apartment, they said the car parking charges are Rs 50000. Now they are asking Rs 1,55000.00 for me. For some of them they have collected Rs 90000. They are charging differently for different people. Anyone has the similar experience?
Latest Answer: They have given the parking charges as 50000.00 in an additional sheet (It has schedule of payments and other details ) attached with provisional allotment order. But they are not giving any written request for 1.55lakhs. They simply ask money when you in person and through phone calls, They claim they have only limited car parking space, if we don't pay the money in cash, they wouldn't give parking space. More over for open discussion with other buyers this site Commonfloor is not displaying this discussion now. Only positive reviews are displayed here in this site.
Q:1) I booked flat in CASA UNIVIS (Now CASA Splendora) TEIRRA- C 1802 in Aug'2009. 2) With the assurance of possession in March'2012 Sale agreement also prepared. However till date possession is not in place. 3) Every now and then their sales executive informed me new possession dates and now almost more than 2 years of delay there is no confirmation on possession date. 4) In line with agreement I have paid entire amount against builders demand letter. However at this stage, in spite of delay from builder side builder is not giving me compensation calculated @ rate of 12% per annum on the amount paid by me (part of agreement). 5) Builder informed me that this delay in completion project is, due to labour problem, getting CC is beyond their control and he is not responsible to pay for that. This argument is not at all acceptable as this is prime responsibility of any builder to take care such issues. 6) I am currently staying nearby locality on rental basis and paying heavily as a rent, in addition to it I am paying heavy EMI.7) I want builder to give me compensation and handover flat as per the current confirmation i.e. Sep'2014

Q:There is a legal suite OS 8068 on this land owner. Do you have any status update on this?Marketing staff in Madhavaram Brindavan Palms act totally ignorant of this to avoid tainting their image. The Case number was written on the wall of the property on June 23rd but the builder erased it immediately on the next morning. I don't see any other issue with this property. As long as the Builder or Land Owner goes for settlement and close this case, I see no other issues.In his previous project Brindavan Serenity, he failed to obtain OC because of large deviations from the approved plan (he constructed two falts without approval for his personal use). But he is currently assuring that he will definitely obtain OC for Brindavan palms because he is constructing it 100% as per plan.
