I am planning to book an apartment in Gem Grove, Padur (OMR), Chennai... but I have been hearing bad reviews at the same time...

Please suggest what to do..

why did I book here.??
LUXURY HAS NEVER BEEN SO AFFORDABLE….?I wonder when will i be let to see my apartment for visit. I don’t have the same trust and hope that I had initially on The Gem Grove. Misrepresenting graphic works and marketing.

Even i have the same question now. There has been considerable amount of delay in the project delivery and there is no one to explain the reason for the delay or the revised delivery date. Everytime when we contact we have been promised a delivery in 2 months since the beginning of the year. But that date is not in sight yet. Even site visits are denied. Now a days i feel, i made a wrong decision.

1. i visited the model apartment and it looks really good, actually it is a actual apartment which was booked by a customer for Gem grove.
2. I enquired abt the connectivity abt the club area and apartment, i hope they are building a small connectivity bridge as there is a veeranam(This is a big project which was planned to bring water to tamilnadu) pipe going beneath the surface, it is a not a big bridge, this will be a like a connectivity path which you can find in some restaurants which will be on top of a small pond for fishes.
3. The pillar part in the center of the hall does not seem to be true and not builder will ever do that

check this link... but i have put this question to the sales team... but they are claiming that there can be no chance like this and it is not possible also to have a pillar in the centre of the hall... they are pretty sure that there is no change is the floor plans also... not sure though...

also heard that there will be a road between club area and the apartment... but gem groove will construct a bridge or so to build the connectivity...

and club house will be ready only after the phase - 2 is complete...

these are the thing which i heard... but yet to confirm it this weekend as am planning to visit there again...

model apartment is wonderful...

It is one of the ongoing project in Chennai. The project is offering 2bhk and 3bhk flats, The price of per square foot is Rs 3,150 per sq.ft - 3,625 per sq.ft.
