Q: Hi All, I went to see this property site yesterday. Is this project run by same person who did Lotus project in same area last year? Some Mettu Reddy person? The project looks very good but be careful with Mettu. He is a very rude, fraud person. He was thrown out of the Lotus project partnership also in the middle of the project and now he is doing something on his own with Marvel. Please verify all documents and measurements and dimensions by a well known lawyer and engineer. In Lotus also they had so many issues with papers and also they promised pool but dint give in the end because it was not approved in plan. He will talk very nice english and impress everyone and then fraud them. Please let me know if anyone has got everything checked and is proper? I am looking for 2BHK flat. Please double check legal papers, measurements and approvals as this will cause issues with loan, khata transfer and occupancy certificate from bbmp

I have one flat in Domicilia, the builder is fine and i am happy with his service, if u know about the project speak, otherwise please dont, the customers are happy why u are bothering about the person with baseless comments

Hi there..seems you are crazy.I know Anji from past 15 years.I booked the flat in Hyderabad project.I was there with Anji since from beginning of the project till end.I am very much impressed with Anji's work because of his vision,passion,professionalism and thrive to provide the best quality not only in choosing materials but also in all aspects including the ventilation,design,open space etc. Not only that I remember during the project construction time there were huge fluctuations in the material costs even then Anji kept his promise,he never passed those extra costs to the customers and delivered the flat with very good quality.

It looks this guy is crazy. How can he say so even without talking to him. I was one of the first persons to book/own a flat in the lotus project. There was never a swimming pool proposed/promised in lotus project.

Hi, I know Anji for Last 7y and I have taken the Flat in their Hyderabad Project ( Flora ). I was the first person invested in the project.Never had any issues from the beginning to the end of the project. What ever the things they shown in the brochure were taken care including the materials they promise to use. Even my tenant currently staying theres told me many times that it has great quality compare to the other projects in the same category.

Even I thought of taking the flat in Blue Lotus, that time thy didn't promise me the Swimming Pool.

I should say these allegations are baseless.

Hi Mr. Ram Krishna, I am Anji Reddy Mettu. I think your posting was targeted to me. I don’t remember having met or dealt with you in the past. From the points you mentioned, for sure either you are an ignorant or misguided or acting as proxy to my competitors. The reasons for my conclusion are: A) I am not the partner in that company and it is my wife who is a passive partner. She separated from this company legally on 22nd Nov 2010. Same time one more major shareholder also left that company. You don’t have to be genius to understand why 62% of the shareholders left the company leaving to a minor shareholder?
B) There is no swimming pool proposed in Blue Lotus project. C) Even now also I am closely associated with Lotus customers, landowner and our ex-partner and you are a stranger. I wish to have a written reply from you with an explanation and evidence for those allegations or an unconditional apology on or before 31st Oct 2012.

I have visited domicila 6 months, and I rejected that because of not having legal approval that time. when I enquired about the same just 2 months back, they told all flats are sold out.. yesturday when I checked there website I found that few flats are available and they send me updated price list and availability details in that around 5 flats are available.. I also visited the site yestrday evening, and I could not find much progress on work. Status is almost same what was there 6 months back, and I surprise how they can complete posesson on march 2013 as committing.. If anyone booked Domicilia pls comment about the project and builders

The project is offering 2bhk and 3bhk flats with amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Rain Water Harvesting, Badminton Court, Gymnasium etc.
