Q: Hi I have seen the property Sai Gardens in Yemalure of Sai Smaran construction. I want to know how this builders is upto his commitments and also his projects standards.Is is worth investing in 2bhk in same property.My budget is 45 lac.Any additional information is appreciated.

Sai Smaran construction is a small builder but overall project looks good for that budget in that area.
