BDA approval status on Tirumala Enclave

Q: Buyers of Tirumala Enclave, Its more than 1 year i had paid advance of 10lakhs that time they said it will take 4-6 months max. for BDA approval but now even after 12 months, No approval, could you tell me if their is any issues????

They refuse to give the money, they say its getting approved by BBMP, they are misleading again , BBMP can not give layout approval, they are taking rowhouse approval, where the side walls will be joining , they collected money by saying its bda approved and now ?????

No very sure but what I came to know the issue is much larger than it seems , the land is a grant land from some olden day temple trust , that is the reason none of the old partners are associated with this 2nd phase projects, the first phase was of Vishnoo builder of chennai they where just given complete construction contract by Vishnoo builder, I am likely to get my advance back after too much of influence and pressure. try and get your money back or engage some lawyer to re look at the legal papers... also help other sufferers like you and me not to get cheated by them again.

They are cheaters. All are suffering who invested money. They told Jan 2012 Vartur Phase 2 will start but till August 2012. no sign of documents approvals
