Does Platinum City, Yeshwantapura, Bangalore has occupancy certificate issued by BDA?
Q: RecentTV and paper news is that residents of Platinum city, Yeshwantapura, Bangalore received eviction notice from BDA. This is because buildings do not have occupancy certificate issued by relevanr authorities.

Latest Answer: Any new updates on the issue? What are the buyers going to do ? It is builder's mistake or buyers'?

BDA approval status on Tirumala Enclave
Q: Buyers of Tirumala Enclave, Its more than 1 year i had paid advance of 10lakhs that time they said it will take 4-6 months max. for BDA approval but now even after 12 months, No approval, could you tell me if their is any issues????

Latest Answer: They refuse to give the money, they say its getting approved by BBMP, they are misleading again , BBMP can not give layout approval, they are taking rowhouse approval, where the side walls will be joining , they collected money by saying its bda approved and now ?????

Q: I need feedback on Chaitra Shelters in Electronic City 2nd phase.

I feel this layout is the best in front of all the layouts present in Electronic City. It is also within range and rates are lesser than other plots. Connectivity with other areas is also good. Just 6 kms from Silk Board and 2 kms from Hosur Road. But do check once about the approvals and the betterment charges paid or not.
