Looking to buy a plot in JR Green Park

JR green park is in worst condition. JR is not doing themselves any maintenance activities and not letting residents do anything. The just do some show off in the entrance. Issues inside the layout are:
1. Continuous menance from outsiders, they bring their cows and kids inside for shitting. So this is not a layout but a public toilet. Even if you buy a site from JR, if outsiders encroach JR will not help.
2. Basic Development activities are not yet complete. JR is missing all deadlines for completion.
3. JR is charging hefty maintenance charges for which they dont think they are accountable.
4. Roads are BAD.
5. Continuous nuisance from villagers
6. No security, compound walls broken at many places and encroached by villagers
7. Usage of swimming pool prohibited for residence, but open freely to villagers
If you want to buy luxurious grazing land , then this is the best place. Please go ahead and buy, they have swimming pool too!
