JR Green Park is one of the cheapest builder I have seen ever in my whole life. JR housing uses green park as a hub for all of their projects running near Marsur – Chandapura Anekal surrounding area. Though, JR Green Park association already being formed legally but JR Builder is not ready to handover the layout. Only reason being, they provide shelter to all the laborers (from all their projects), in JR green park. They have full time employed rowdies going door to door for maintenance and threats resident in case of delay by a day or so. If you demand for a repair of street light, they go crazy. They threat to disconnect water. Imagine you are not there at home and some rowdies comes to your home and threat your family. So cool, right?

Stay out of JR Housing layouts and apartments, not worth the hard earned money to even invest. The turn over is less than bank FDs as the development is so poor that the price appreciation is below inflation. Naresh Gupta
Do you own the site in JR Greenpark, but it seems to be a very poorly maintained and no completely developed layout it seems. I visited the layout and found cows on the main road and in the plots. The trash is thrown on the road and sites. I was interested in 2nd sale but after seeing the bad state of the layout, i opted out. I met resident of the layout and they told that underground electric cable doesn't exist in half of the plots and the boundary walls are broken at several places. Even villagers from neighboring Madsur village are coming in and cultivating the land even it is not an agriculture land. many gardens are also converted into sites now. These are not good signs.
you should have a copy of encumbrance certificate to know your khata and survey number. You can mention that and make the payment at the panchayat office. There is no penalty for late payments.
