Q: I want to invest in Property in Bangalore. My budget 50 - 60 Lacs. I follow your posts extensively but have been unable to decide the 'correct' project. Could you pleasesuggest a few projects which could yield maximum returns 3-4 years down the lane keeping in mind the . Hi Pankaj,

for investment purpose you should go for 2 bhk with this budget . any area near to metro will cost 70-80 L for 3 bhk. For investments , ready to move in are best as they can help you with immediate earnings (rent).

Rammurthy nagar /hormauv you can check, they are upcoming area with close proximity to Manyata tech park, old madras road, white field & MG road. All are with in the radius of 5-10 km ( even NGEF metro station also). you can check below link also

Hi Pankaj, With this budget you will get 1bhk or 2bhk flats in area like Indiranagar, Ulsoor and MG Road. Let me
know in which area you are planning to invest in a property.

Indira Nagar is a Commercial hub as well as Residential space which is strategically located in Central of Bangalore. It is the best and top most region to reside in out of 20 regions. You will definitely get 2bhk flat in this area.
