Question about price and timeline.

Q: What is the current going rate for Phase I & Phase II of this project and when is the expected handover of Phase I & Phase II? Any news from actual buyers would be very useful. Thanks in advance.

So far, i didn't heard any negative review about this builder. Heard that possession date will be by Dec 2013.

I heard that the company has an accreditation from UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and this accreditation helps to ensure the customers and suppliers to have confidence in the quality of goods and in the provision of services.

As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by the end of 2012 and the price of the flats starts from Rs 35lakhs.
