Q: I have booked a flat in prathamesh galaxy powai and its almost ten years now and the project is still on hold. I want to know will the project ever see the light...cause i have lost hope there seems no signs of work starting again. can i have updates about the project please...

Dear Bhupendra do u think i will get good returns from the builder on my money invested for such a long period cause when i had booked the rates where around 2000 per sq.ft. and now it has reached around 7000 per sq.ft., can u suggest me of some legal expert also what about the cash payment paid to the builder, m i going to recover it or not...

You can contact a legal expert and proceed further either to get same project or sanction another project or refund your amount with interest.
