These people are pathetic. once you give them the booking amount your money is gone and the numbers will always be switched off. Many employees have left job and every time some new person
will be there. Don't get fooled by these frauds. Also inside the property there is one burial ground with 5-6 graves...So don't waste your time and money there.

As far as I know the property is clear and it is known to be approved by BMRDA and A Khata.

BMRDA has not come till today and it is only DC Approved, i spoke to them and they are saying to pay 5% amount to get the Documents for showing to the Lawyer. If some one has paid the amount and showed the documents to the Lawyer please share the info with us.

Same here, I discussed with them yesterday. They got DC conversion for only 2.5acres of the land. Rest then have applied. There are few vilolations like road has to be 45ft wide, internal roads has to be 30ft wide etc..which they have not followed so they are doing some changes to their plan. They are saying they will apply for BMRDA approval after July 21st. I asked them about 2nd and 3rd phase and I got different answers from different sales representaive at one go:)

I feel they are honest with their answers and have all good intentions but never know anything can happen while dealing with property. Eager to hear from others as I am also perusing to go for a plot there.

People with good intentions do not run away after closing their offices and don't answer to your calls at all. I am a victim of their fraud and I think there will be many more like me.

Exactly AD, I am also a victim. I paid booking amount for one of their project. Due to some reason, the deal did not happen(because of landowener's problem). This was in June'2012. I got a post dated cheque (dated 10-Aug-2012). It bounced twice. Till today I did not receive my hard earned 2 Lakhs. Whenever I call they will not pick. Msgs wont be replied. Their indiranagar office opp. to BDA complex is now not there. They have shifted somewhere. Please dont believe these cheats. Pls pls dont invest in any of the Berlin properties projects.
