Update of Bye-Laws for Society registered under KSRA 1960

Q: Our association at Uma Sree Dream World, Hongasandra has been struggling with amendment of bye-laws to add signatories and update list of members. Can anyone guide us on the actual process to do so. I know it has to be submitted at sub-registrar office, but can it be done by anyone or do we need a lawyer for this. Also what are the other documents required to be submitted. Our association is registered under KSRA 1960 and our sub-registrar office is at BDA complex, Bommanahalli

Yeah anyone from the association can go and submit the papers at sub-registrar office but for further clarification you can take the help from your legal expert.
