Planning to buy an apartment

Q: I'm planning to buy. I'm going through the documents. Did anyone get all the documents verified? Any comments?

Prasad, we would like to know which villa you have booked and what problems you faced while verifying the documents. Can you please respond on this thread.

Prasad, I have got the document verified by Lawyer. It looks alright. Could you be more specific about what problems you have found in the documents? Thanks, Madhusudhan

Mr.Prasad hasn't booked a Villa at J.R Greenwich, nor has he been provided with a set of property documents for verification !

I am looking for quiet and clean surroundings. It looks like a good buy with a reasonable price. So, I have booked a 30x40 villa and am going through their documents. They seem to have all the necessary BDA approvals. Couple of documents related to land title/ EC are missing / not yet provided. The documents related to total dimension of land is bit ambiguous. Considering the fact that some of those documents date back to 1950s, it difficult to judge. I'm hoping that JR housing would do the needful soon.

There is a big open land belonging to WIPRO beside it towards Sarjapur road. Also, there are NO residential buildings around as of now. I'm not sure how it would impact the living conditions when the area comes up, if it does.

Hi Madhusudhan, Have you researched about JR Greenwich villa project in Sarjapur Rd? Any reviews or comments will be highly appreciated.

I feel it will be a good buy. They are well reputed and have many projects in Bangalore.
