Most of the builders relatives stays surrounding Marsur - Chandapura area and utilizes his layout’s assets for their personal misuse. Swimming pool is the live example. All those laborers and villagers/relatives uses religiously. Hardly you’ll see builder is cleaning up pool anytime. Clubhouse is another classic example set by JR Green Park builder. It’s more than 8 yrs since building/facility coming up. God knows whether this will come up in the future or collapse before itself. Street lights hardly functional. Inexperience of JR Housing ditching customer/residents badly from basic needs. They are good at selling sites/ plots and equally poor on building Apartments & Villas
