Subdivide the bigger plots

Q: Hi,
We two brothers together are planning to buy one of the 9600 SFT plot and build three houses in the plot.

As per the real estate agent there is no restriction in dividing the Khata and building two houses.

Is there any restrictions and limitations for building the house?

Hi Jagan, I do not think there will be any restriction in dividing the Khata and building two houses but before doing anything it is better to take advice from your legal expert.
