Anyone booked a flat in Mayur-serenity?

Started with their flagship project by name Mayur Paradise which has gone for a toss in terms of Commitment, Quality, accountability & responsibility, system, service & experienced staff. We have invested in one of their very first and flagship project by name "Mayur Paradise". The experience till now has been very bad with the project, people and management in the company. The very first and flagship project has gone for a toss, dont know what to expect from their upcoming projects.As said, there is Absolutely NO Commitment, Quality, accountability, system, service & knowledgeable and experienced staff in the company "Mayur Group".Complaining is useless. As you complain, people gonna laugh there. Response and action are never accepted and taken. Advise all buyers not to get associated with Mayur-Group. If at all they have to, then do clearly understand and define your terms and conditions for each and every minute product and quality, delays, penalty, payments and so legal approach.
