Q: Anyone know why Novelnests company changed their Project name "Novel Eco" to EdgeWater .
This project is near Chandapura circle, Hosur Road bangalore.

The y sold the plots before with naem NOvel Eco now selling it saying as EdgeWater..

This properties is getting sold in phases. Novel Eco was the name of phase 1. As per BMRDA rules, every phase should have new name and EdgeWater is name of phase 2. If you look at layout plan of NovelEcho and EdgeWater, there is no overlapping.

do you already own plot at NovelEco project?

Yes, they have changed the address and not telling current address. I am in Chennai and sent registered letter to thier BTM address given in website but my letter returned. Thier landline phone numbers are also not working .
As of now, don't know whats thier intention do all these(changing project name, no update on current office address , contact etc .) which I am trying to figure out. Hope there is no fraud by Novelnests but soemthing suspectfull as they are not provindg correct informations.

Hi Sathish,
I am also a owner of one of the plots in Novel ECO(Now it is called Edge Water)

It is not very convincing and removed all the foot prints of Novel ECO. How to handle this is a tricky thing... Best way to confirm our ownership is to get a EC from the Anekal office related to our properies. so that we can be assured of ownership. (One thing is that none of the statutory bodies identifies the property by its Project name. It is identified by the Village name, Khatha, and Developer, and the Site number...)
