Need advise on MSR Greencity Residential Layout Whitefield
Q: Hi,I've enquired about MSR Green City Residential Layout Whitefield (close to Prestige Glenmorgan) and i'm planning to buy a plot there. Can anyone who'd bought plots from this project, advise me if it's good to buy and from legal aspects of it. Please can anyone advise me.

I want to reiterate my understanding, are we all referring to MSR Green City Residential Layout, Whitefield, Near to WHitefield GLobal School and opp Prestige GLenmorgan and Mayberry Layout. There's another layout by the name MS Ramaiah Green City Layout aka MSR Green CIty in Neelamangala, Bangalore, and people are confused by it. Please advise if we're all referring to the one in Whitefield. I've heard there's gonna be a association meeting coming forth, and i'd like to meet most of you and discuss about plans of construction and other developments in the Layout.

Ramesh, if interested you can join the owners group by clicking Join owners group of MSR Greencity and discuss the matter with other owners. You can suggest other buyers to join the group.
Hi Ganesh, i think you are mistaken. This is MSR Green City Residential Layout in Whitefield, and you're referring to MS Ramaiah Green City layout Neelamangala. Sorry this is not about that layout. Please confirm. thanks, Ramesh kumar A
Hi Everyone, Thanks indeed for all your comments. I appreciate your time to send your comments. As I see most of us are waiting for some one to start with the construction, and perhaps everyone would want the same. Every day the construction prices are going up like anything starting from cement, sand, stone to tmt steel and everything. Hi Kiran, the available sites are from 53-56 and i'm planning to buy one of'em. But the rear end of the plot (30x50) exactly falls into another private land beneath it and there's no marking stone there. I'm afraid there could be some litigation problem with it. The promoter claims it belongs to the layout only, and can do marking at the time of agreement. I'm thinking thru what to do now? can u suggest what should I do?when u bought it, did u check for any litigation, please advise. thanks

Hey Ramesh, You can go for it. The project is good and even the locality. Whitefield is a well developed locality with good features and infrastructures.
can you pls add me in this group..I am planning to buy site no 53 which is corner plot measuring 30X40 which is just left when you enter the main gate.there is an area which is not been laypout back to site no 53.So could you please advise whether its ok to take this site.Also is the undeveloppped area is also of the same developper or not?
Yes, you can buy. Near to that Prestige Mayberry is one of the famous villa project started by Prestige. So you will find good appreciation in this area. As per legal its okay to go ahead. But there is no layout approval for this. This area might take another 3 years to get improved. Till that you need to wait peacefully like me for the construction aspects.
Hi Sathish, thanks for your comments. Now i get atleast a confidence to buy a plot. Can you share your number so we can talk and discuss more on this. My only concern is even if want to buy a plot from this layout, i'd want to start with the construction of house. But the prevailing condition is, there're no residents yet. Perhaps, the people need to meet and form an association, and discuss challenges if any to construct. And what is your plot number by the way?
