Q: I mean say, so far I hv. gone thru. the properties you have listed in Behala area, It shows a name of sole owner, but, in that case your web-service putting a great affort to communicating between both (buyer & Seller)
How would be "Commonfloor" services benifited by providing the professional services...???

If the property has been posted by an agent then he might charge for his commission from the owner or the buyer which is minimal. Generally it is from the owner.

Hello, There is no such hidden cost or charges taken by Commonfloor. The flat owners post their requirement in the website and the buyers after post their contact details get in touch with the owners.
