Information about Europa Residency

Q: Sir i have given my hard earned money around five lakhs and booked floor in the europa residency now they are saying that they are not starting this project. what will happen to me now when price are almost double of this property.

Hello, I have won RERA award but Ansals is not paying. Does anyone know how many total flats are there. If 10% of allottees come together, we can go to NCLT. I already know 6 allottees.

They have re-launched the project at Rs. 4,000 p.sq.ft. Please arrange to meet a lawyey and file for a cheating case on Ansal and associated brokers. They made gullible people to part with their money and then said that the project will not be launched. However, after returning money to the original allottees, they have again re-launched the project at the same site at 2.5 times the original rate.

You can file a case against them if they are cheating you... Meet a lawyer asap.

You can ask the builder to return the amount of money which you gave in the time of booking a flat or you can ask him to give a flat in other project by them.
