Feedback on builder

Q: I wanted to buy a plot RK township. Please anybody highlight on authenticity of these builder/developer.. Its always risky to buy a plot.. if anybody owns a property in RK township bangalore.. please help me know if they are genuine!!

R. K. Township is a well planned layout. R. K. Township is a BMRDA approved layout and developed exactly as per the BMRDA norms and regulations.

I do not think there will be any risk if you buy a plot in RK township because the layout is already approved by BMRDA.
