Looking for a 2 BHK flat

Q: Hi,I was looking for a 2 BHK flat and i came across ATZ Rock view.It is located behind Manyanta Tech Park at Hebbal.Can some one suggest me how the builders are?Is the project sanctioned by BBMP or BDA?

we are Builders and Developers we do have flats in different location in Bangalore like hebbal,Very near to Columbia Asia Hospital and In L.B.Shastry Nagar,Old Airport road .

As per my knowledge, the project isnt approved yet. Verify the documents throughly.

Before booking I would advice you to cross check all the documents and check for builder's reputation.

checking for the builders reputation is a tough thing as no such reviews of the builder has been reported on the internet.was also searching for some one who has personal experience with these builders too..

Hi Jeny, As far as I know the project is approved by BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB and A Khata.
