Very poor maintenance

Q: A beautiful property, Very Poorly maintained by the Builder. You will pay through nose for maintenance of the property but Builder has spent fraction of the same to upkeep it. Rest of the money has been pocketed by the builder as property maintenance charges. STRANGE ... Well that is how EDIFICE is!!!
