Q: I am planning to buy a row house in Almond Tree. Requesting all learned members to suggest is it a worth investment to live in considering this is my first house? Is the builder reputed? Is new PRR gonna cross this property? Plz Help me here...

Very poor maintenance
Q: A beautiful property, Very Poorly maintained by the Builder. You will pay through nose for maintenance of the property but Builder has spent fraction of the same to upkeep it. Rest of the money has been pocketed by the builder as property maintenance charges. STRANGE ... Well that is how EDIFICE is!!!
