Rates in DSR woodwinds

Q: Hi. I am looking for buying a 3BHK flat in DSR woodwinds. Please let me know the best sqft rates and feedback about DSR group.

The expected possession as quoted by DSR is March 2014. Currently the sqft rates quoted by DSR is 4290 and the 3 BHK (1800 sqft) rates come to even more than 92 including registration.

Has anyone negotiated a better price recently?

As far as I know the project is expected to get completed by mid of 2014.

Have you visited the site recently? The price which you have mentioned Rs 70-90 lakhs is including registration or excluding registration. Please help

The price of the flats ranges from Rs 52 lakhs to Rs 65 lakhs.

The current price DSR is quoting for woodwinds 3BHK is way above than what you have mentioned. Its in the range 75-90 Lakhs. I am not sure if you have the recent info.
