Title is clear regards the papers I got it checked it is clear. I remember paying a booking amount. As long as they give in writing that the entire amount will be refundable in case of cancellation it should be OK. But yes please get the papers checked for the title of survey numbers of plots to be purchased from a competent property lawyer.

I would like to know if anybody has bought a plot at North-East paradise, as we approached them they mentioned that firstly u need to pay advance booking amount then only do we share the documents with you, which I find quite absurd. Anybody has had similar experience and is the investment their worthwhile.

This is quite absurd that they are going to give the documents only after booking amount is paid. You can do some market research about the builder and if he has completed any projects.

This is Nagendra from Bangalore.. I have purchased a plot in North East Paradise. I have already registered a plot there and already paid full amount. North east properties claim that they are going to do full development works including Tar roads, Club house, overhead tank, etc.. I went to the site 3 months back and some development work was going on. When compared to other developers, i feel its a value for money! I have already done advance booking for a plot through North East Properties near Chikkaballapur, Shidlaghatta & Jangamakote- Hoskote Highway. They didn't agree to give me the document until I pay 1 Lakh amount. So I would like to know if anyone has experience with this Property and please let me know if there is any Legal Issues.? They told me that its a DTCP approved project and lots of IT Industries, SEZ and infosys campus is expected to come in few years. Not sure to what extend its true.
