The project seems to be good and after the completion of the project you can xpect a minimum appreciation of 70-90% or more and double that when the metro station comes up.
Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India and ICICI Bank are providing loan for this project. The project is known to be approved by BBMP.
Also, the date of possession will not be before the mid of 2016. Reason: They have said 3 months to get commencement certificate, then 2 years for the project, with 6 months grace period. Include minor delays here and there and it is 3 years.

I booked here some weeks back. Yet to do the registration. The customers has raised a JDA related issue and the Aratt management is currently fixing it by doing the needful. Also I am waiting for loan approvals before proceeding to registration. I booked in the 7th floor.
What is the current price of this project if somebody has bought it recently. They are asking Rs. 4550/sqft. The digging is done and nothing has started beyond that. Any comments?
Anyone interested in buying this apartment? I am planning to book next week. Did a site visit recently, location looks great. Metro phase 2 plan has 2 stations near this project vicinity. One station will be around 300-500 m away from this. The total land area is only 1.6 acres so the downside is all amneties are inside the apartment and there is not much open space outside. The area has got hotels like Keys and Premier Inn next to this. Also main road with Volvo access starts from Graphite India Junction which is 250-300 m away from this project. The price they are quoting is 4200 and charging 50 for floor rise. Has anyone recently purchased here?
hi invested 4 5 months back and backed out due to graphite india pollution, however i tried again - to get 3600 with 20 lakhs upfront - i feel dont worth it , so i found another soft launch project grade a builder close to vydehi and finalized , we are in talk with them for group buying wanna join??
Risk is after paying huge amount to builder and plans dont get approved for years and they dont start construction then money is stuck without any interest being paid.
