Any suggestion on Haralur area? Is buying an apartment there a good option?

Q: Hi,
We were planning to buy an apartment on Haralur main road since many projects are coming up there. Can anyone suggest how's this area gonna develop in one or two years? Is anyone already staying there?? Any comments/problems about the water issues?

The area is close to Hosur Road and NH7 so the area is developing very rapidly.
