Issue between MAN Infra and DB realty.

Q: DB Infra is the largest customer for MAN Infra. I heard there is some issue between MAN Infra and DB realty, as a result the work in the project is halted for last one month. Does someone have any info in this regard?

Hi.. not sure about the status of work at this project.. but from what i know, DB Realty and Man Infra share a typical client-contractor relationship like any other project would..

Maybe the work has stopped/delayed due to a permission issue.. infact various other reasons are possible..

A lot of contractors are facing problems these days.. lot of news on developers/builders struggling with funds and permissions etc.

Looks like work stopped at Orchid woods also.....reason given is contractor and labour problem....

As per latest information, the work in the orchid ozone project is completely stopped due to this issue for the last one month. There not a single labour working on the project for the last 1 month. What you guys are reffering is the old time issue due to margin and payment, it is an old story. What I am mentioning is a recent event...
