Have booked a flat in Sairam

Q: I have booked one flat in Sairam, Is anybody here who has also booked in this project to make sure we have mae a good decision. This is just to be sure we have made a correct choice. I want to know your experience with this builder.

Yes they told me as well that land reg will b completed in 1st week march..
My advice let us all meet at their office together this sunday...

I was told the land registration was about to happen by Feb 15.But now they say the registration will only happen by Feb end..This is turning out to be a scam

Has anyone verified if this is legal land and its not fake? I am bit worried if they are fake.

Hi guys, those who have booked flats in Dreamz Sairam can join owners group of the project and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. To join click Join Owners Group. And if interested you can ask other buyers to join the group and share the platform.
