When is the expected delivery date of the project? Who all has approved the project?

The expected possession date of the project is by March 2018. The project has got approval from BBMP and all the major banks.

The biggest disadvantage of buying a property during pre launch is that projects can be delayed either deliberately by the buyer or due to some other legal reason. Such a delay means escalating costs and mental harassment for the buyers.

The rate per sqft going in this project is Rs 4900 and if you are book an apartment now in this project you can save upto Rs 250 per sqft. They are providing apartments and penthouses as well.
