This project is an absolute disaster waiting to happen. 80 p.c. of this project is built on a lake bed (we know it for sure, as me & my friends from a nearby construction have ourselves seen them filling up the lake there, closing it completely and bringing up the structure). You can check with the locals there about the presence of a lake there, who will testify to it (not sure how many locals are still living there, as many would have moved out).
The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments and penthouses. The price of apartment in this project starts from Rs 78.16 lakhs on wards and the project is in pre launch. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 5000

Harlur is a very prime location to live for and have good connectivity to other parts of the city by ORR, E- city and Sarjapur road.. The area is very safe to stay with a family. But the only disadvantage is that the area is having a very narrow roads which might create traffic congestion in the future when the area is fully developed.

Construction work is yet to start and they are telling that the expected possession date of the project is by March 2018. Approvals are under process. Is it worth investing money on pre launch projects?
The biggest disadvantage of buying a property during pre launch is that projects can be delayed either deliberately by the buyer or due to some other legal reason. Such a delay means escalating costs and mental harassment for the buyers.
