Is any one has booked a flat in Keerthi Regalia?. I have booked a flat as heard some good word of mouth from friends and liked the location. But now after seeing the incidence of keerthi flora I am little worried and confused as builder has constructed the property on illegal land and now buyers has to suffer. Builder is not taking any responsibility on it. Any comments?.

Hello Kinnar, It is better to cross check all the documentations by a legal expert or visit the site by yourself. Keerthi group has a mixed reviews about their reputation which can create confusion.

Hi, I am planning to invest in Keerthi Regalia. It is just launched in Sarjapur.

I found location to be good hence booked the flat. Now seems there was some legal issue in Keerthi flora project which gives worry to me.
