Any problem in this project?

Q: I was looking at booking a flat in Mahavir Kalpavruksha in Thane. Just want to check if there is any problem with the project before making any investment.

Mahavir Kalpvrukh do not have Construction certificate for nearly half of the project. work is at halt from Jan 2014.

Hi Raman, all builders have their own pros and cons.. So it is always better to check all the legal documents and get them verified before investing in any project.

The builder is very good.. As far as I know the group is in the real estate market for past few decades and has given good quality projects.. There are so many projects by this group in the long run..
