What if an apartment is not constructed as per BBMP rules?

Q: Hi, If an Apartment is not constructed as per the BBMP approved plan, and if it has to be legalized now, what are the charges involved ? and whom should we approach first ?. If Builder rejects to bear the cost, what should be the next step ? The property was bought 4 years back, and I know it is too late to ask this question. Please help...

Building or Houses not constructed according to BBMP plan may create lot of trouble in future.

You should consult your legal expert in this situation and take necessary steps.

Hello Sharma, It is illegal if any of the building is not constructed as per the BBMP approved plan. I think you should talk with the authority about this.
