Aristo Palms approvals

Q: What about Aakruthy's another project "Aristo Palms", just opposite to Amity? Heard that there is no approval for that.. is it true? Could anyone please help?

no BMRDA approval. Approval is only from panchayat only. I have not purchased yet.

Hi, as per sources, the project is approved by BMRDA.

yes Shankar. its nearing completion. It is just opposite to Aakruthi Amity @ Ananath Nagar.. Nice flat, only concern abt approval.
