Aristo Palms approvals
Q: What about Aakruthy's another project "Aristo Palms", just opposite to Amity? Heard that there is no approval for that.. is it true? Could anyone please help?

Latest Answer: no BMRDA approval. Approval is only from panchayat only. I have not purchased yet.

Q: I have seen the one their flat at hsr trinity. I am interested. Can anyone say abt the govt approval of this apartment? And is that approval mandatory? Also I need feed back..

Latest Answer: As far I know, the 4th floor is a deviation from the approved plan...so it is illegal...you won't get occupancy certificate or katha transafer
