Location Advantages: a) 7 kms from City Market, b) 5 kms from Vijayanagar, c) Few min from Nayandahalli Railway station & proposed metro station and d) Few min from R. V. Engineering College and Bangalore University (Gnana Bharathi)

Is it a BBMP approved project and is the builder going to offer OC and A Khata for this?

Yes the project has got approval from BBMP and A Khata will be provided. Builder told that they are going to give OC after the project is completed.

Builder have given exclusive space of 1.5 Acre only for amenities, which i believe huge, builder providing all modern amenities, of all I like Wider Swimming pool and in location wise it is opp to Gopalan Mall and RR Nagar Arch.
