Q: I am looking at Veracious Rosedale apartment in Whitefield area. Any reviews on this project? Any reviews on this builder and quality?

What is the rate offered for 2BHK? What is the best rate one should give for this builder and this location? Please share suggestions and prices for which you have booked apartments here..

Hey Anil, Veracious Rosedale is a completed project. The project has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks. Most importantly Veracious Builders and Developers is a CREDAI member so I do not think there will be any issue in this project.

Hi Mickey, to answer your question -
Review - review is good. you can talk to the residents of lance dale. i did the same. and still doing.. i am in process of finalizing this appt. but getting stuck due to my kid's school admission at bangalore.
Rate - this is a big question for me too. and still talking to the residents and people there to check if it's worth buying the appt so expensive. So far Builder's reputation looks quite decent and the quality of construction also looks to be good. I'm still observing the structure that is getting built. if u visit the parking of lance dale you can get a feel of quality. i am going to talk to veracious sonesta residents also.

Thanks for the detailed response. The location, the finish, the quality of construction is very good. Even when I spoke to some residents they gave very good feedback. So what rate are they offering you? Let us know if you pick it up.

Hello Mickey, The builder is quoting Rs70 lakhs to Rs 72 lakhs for a 2bhk flat. If you want you can try to negotiated with the builder.
