Thanks for all your responses. After a few visits and yes and no from them, we managed to get an yes for a 1700 sq ft flat. Now, want to get in touch with someone else who has booked it, or considering to buy one seriously. Anybody around??

@Rani, I feel you should visit the site and talk with the concern person if they are not ready to give info over the phone.

Yes, I meant the flats of area 1700 Sq ft. Got all the details from their website. But not sure if this sized flats, I m interested in are available at all. I need authentic info. Over phone, they said yes first, the next moment they say no.

The price of the flats in Appaswamy Cerus ranges from Rs 1.23 crores to Rs 2.31 crores.

As far as I know Appaswamy Cerus is an apartment project. The project offer 2bhk and 3bhk spacious apartments.
