Yes Appasamy builders are reputed builders in chennai. Are you going to book in cerus or already booked? If not booked, but looking for a flat in that area Why can't you try for Horizon Residences,GK Shetty group in Arunachalam road,saligramam. This is my suggestion only not canvassing to anyone.
