How is this Valasaravakkam locality? Is it worth investing in this area?

Valasaravakkam is fast developing locality. As it is accessible to Arcot Road as well PH Road. It is connecting Porur as well CMBT. All the facilities like school, mall, market, bank and ATM are available in this locality. But the locality has seen a 4% down fall in the property price Q-o-Q

What is the status of the project and how much the rate per sqft quoted? How many units will be there and what is the total land development area?

The project is still under construction and the possession is expected by end of 2016. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 7700 and there will be a total of 128 units. The project is spread over 1.3 acres of land.

The prices are very high around 9000 Rs. per sq.ft. I recommend couple of projects just 2.5 kms from this site at half the rate! Have a look at Opera Fortune, Porur Gardens.
