Q: Dreamz GK offers 50% off on all their prelaunch offers, is it true price? How is the builder? Dreamz Siddhi, Sampoorna, the group has different projects having very less market price.. How come?

Some developers will prevail offers like free maintenance for an year, price discounts, free parking area, etc.. They implement many schemes to attract people.

Yes Harsha you are right.. I have also seen many such offers.. the rates will be increased later on.

Hi, all builders give few offers during prelaunch period of projects. So Dreamz is also doing the same.. trying to increase sales.
