This project doesn't have any plan approved.

Q: No approval obtained. Also there is court case going on regarding this project against builders filed by the initial new flat purchasers during first launch of this same project in year 2005.how can he take the new bookings without any permissions and no plan ready?this is a fraud builder who takes the booking without any initial approvals and use their money for years.
