Litigation on the Royal Placid layout or any sites

As i have come to know from a perspective buyer who got some site paper scrutunised by a legal expert,there was a court case after the Royal Placid was developed and handed over to the initial purchasers.The court case was due to the land earlier belonging to the agriculturists and being dealt by one of the family member while the other rlations challenging his ownership on some ground. But i was told that the court issued a decree clearing the case in Royal Placid favour hence that case is settled. Presently my apprehension was:-1st.there may be a case pending as the matter may have again been opened in a higher court of law.2nd.there may be a altogether fresh case.
