Q: I am interested in Sunny Dew at Mahadevpura by CMRS constructions. Can anybody give review on the Builder and the Project? Specifically I need to know builder's reputation on quality of construction and trust worthiness for trouble free completion and handing over.
Hi, I was hunting to buy a flat in mahadevapura locality from 1 year, there are many properties in and around Mahadevapura ORR with low price and builders are ready to give it for very low price, as a buyer i did thorough survey on price, quality, amenities, return on investment or to stay in the apartment. then finally i found CMRS Sunny dew as per my requirement in all aspects. without much publicity almost all the flats were sold so finally decided to book a flat at decent price which fits my budget. Builders were crystal and clear to customers to share every thing about the project. so kindly make a visit before you buy an apartment and than decide.
Hi Sachin bhatt, when i met the marketing person on my last visit they are currently coating Rs.4000/ sft and construction quality is good and all material they are using is reputed brand so i am satisfied. kindly go and check before you buy.
I had dropped from Sunny dew project after going through many things.(after negotiation) Better check the project approach and layout, quality and also security and press more questions to builder.
I dont see an option to attach pictures here...otherwise I would have attached their pathetic work. Today they had put Lift where we dont have option to go up from Ground floor onwards. Only down option is there...so if we want to go up from any other floor, first we have to go Parking...
I have writeen my previos comment on 27th Sept 2012 saying that it may complete in 3-4 months...believe it r not...it is not yet completed...still going on and today is 05th Sept 2013.

Hi..I made a visit to Sunny Dew, Mahadevpura and liked the location . Planning to book a a flat in Sunny Dew. But, i am confused about the quality of construction as i read few bad reviews on CMRS. Can any one who already have a flat in any one of completed CMRS projects clear this please(i mean abt the quality of construction).
I am interested in this property sunny dew mahadevapura. Could you please help me if any one had booked flat in this. I am thinking whether to go forward or not on this project.

Very first of booking they promise you they will give you teak wood doors,windows with 3 partition and mosquito nets in all windows, superior quality paint and varnish blah blah.but truth is they will put only cardboard doors with teakwood stickers pasted on them to give the teak look.they will say we promised only mosquito net provision and not the true mosquito nets.they will tell we can do interiors with our experts,but do not say yes.you will be cheated. After 2 months you taking the possession you will see only cracks in walls.quality is very very very poor.add 10months extra from the possession date given.be ready to wait without any rent but your loan disbursed fully
there are two aspects when we go for a property when the Project starts. 1. We have to verify all documents like Land ownership, statutory approvals, layouts, amenities and also the proximity to the essential requirements. documents can be verified through competent lawyers or some consulting organisation. (Is "Home Shikhari" such organisation?). 2.We need to ascertain the reputaion of the builder for maintaining the quality and schedule. We can verify this only by investigating his past Projects. This is best done by ourselves or by trusted persons. Is there any organisation who evaluate and grade builders or for a price? For even if the documents are OK we may still get into trouble.

Hi Guys...am the one victim of CMRS...have booked in one of its Projects, booked almost 18 months back...but still going on...it may take another 3-4 months to Complete..When it comes to quality...hope every other builder will do the same...But be specific about with the Specifications given by CMRS...be sure on ur interpretation is same as their. I see there are some deviations from the specifications, infact +Ve side and -Ve side

And if anyone is planning to buy in any project, pls do verify all details related to the project.. better to hire a lawyer and get all legal documents checked once..
Sundaram, you can check the details of the flat by clicking flat for sale.. If you are interested in the property fill in your contact details in the form on the right side of the listing and submit. Then the owner will contact you directly if the property is still available.
i am hearing by my friens saying this builder is not good.kindly enquire the persons who has booked flats in this company before taking desicion.Always it is good.kindly also talk to your lawyer and see is there any case against this builder in legal court.

correctly pointed out.how will you know if CMRS builder puts favourable comments.so correct thing is go and talk to your advocate for legal check up on documents.Hire a qualified architect and ask to check is the approval is correct and deviation is there are not.Do not give simply your money.you will be fooled by CMRS
